*For Level I, a $255 deposit is due upon registration. The deposit will reserve your place in the training class April 23, when the remaining payment for registration, room, and board is due.

**For Level II, a $295 deposit is due upon registration. The deposit will reserve your place in the training class until April 23, at which time the remaining payment for registration, room, and board is due.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration for Level I or Level II training 6 weeks or more prior to the training for a full refund of registration minus the deposit. If cancellation notice is received less than 6 weeks prior to the training, no refunds will be granted.
