Choral Ensembles at Appalachian State University

Sign up for the Fall 2026 Placement Sing!

Beginning in the Fall of 2026, placement into University Singers, Treble Choir, Appalachian Chorale, or App State Voices will require a brief "Placement Sing." This is an opportunity to share your musical background and interests so we can determine the best ensemble fit for you at this point in your journey.

Placement Sings will be offered at the end of the spring semester on Wednesday, April 29, as well as the first week of class in Fall 2026 (dates forthcoming).

If you are interested in singing during the spring offerings, please sign up for a time using the link below, and plan to report to Room 214 of the Broyhill Music Center at your scheduled time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early, as sessions may run slightly ahead of schedule.
