Graciela Ruiz is the Administrative Support Specialist in the Hayes School of Music, working with the Office of the Associate Dean. Her work involves student records and data; the scheduling, management, and results of auditions; student worker supervision; and events coordination. She works with Dr. Christine Leist and Jon Caison in the area of student success and advising, and with Dr. Soo Goh in auditions and enrollment schedule and data management.
