Wind Ensemble Tour and CBDNA Performance

The Appalachian Wind Ensemble is going places!

Will you help us get there?

Boone → Raleigh → Tampa → Charlotte → Boone

This February, 60 student musicians will represent App State on the national stage. For the first time in its history, the Appalachian Wind Ensemble has been invited to perform at the College Band Directors National Association (CBDNA) Southern Division Conference in Tampa.

This trip is about more than music — it’s about possibility, connection, and inspiring the next generation of Mountaineers. Along the way, our students will visit high schools, lead masterclasses, and share the magic of music with hundreds of young performers.

Will you help ensure every student can take the stage without financial barriers?
