Appalachian Music Therapy Student Association

All students (undergraduate and graduate alike) interested in music therapy are welcome to join the Appalachian Music Therapy Student Association! AMTSA aims to be a valuable resource for music therapy majors, promote awareness about music therapy, and be an active organization within the Watauga community. Meetings are held weekly, alternating between business and therapy-related activities, including drum circles, basic guitar crash courses, service projects, and workshops. Leadership opportunities are available in the form of committee chairs (chosen each semester) and officer positions (elected each spring).
