Locker Request Process

Locker requests for the Fall 2025 semester begin on August 11 at 9 am, with priority given to music majors, music minors, or students enrolled in guitar class. Non-music majors who are participating in ensembles can request a locker at the beginning of the second week of classes.

  • Review the Locker Use Guidelines before submitting the form. Please note the $5/semester cost and payment details. 
  • Locker Requests can be submitted through this form in the week before class begins (beginning at 9am on August 11). Requests are reviewed during regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) in the order received.
  • Priority is given to music majors, music minors, or students enrolled in guitar class.
  • You will need to know your Banner ID when filling out the form.
  • Due to the volume of requests received at the beginning of the semester, please allow for up to 48 hours after your form submission before emailing for an update.
