Locker Request Process
Locker requests will open one week prior to the first day of classes for each semester, with priority given to music majors, music minors, or students enrolled in guitar class. Non-music majors who are participating in ensembles can request a locker at the beginning of the second week of classes.
- Review the Locker Use Guidelines before submitting the form. Please note the $5/semester cost and payment details.
- Locker Requests can be submitted through this form in the week before class begins (beginning at 9am). Requests are reviewed during regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) in the order received.
- Priority is given to music majors, music minors, or students enrolled in guitar class.
- You will need to know your Banner ID when filling out the form.
- Due to the volume of requests received at the beginning of the semester, please allow for up to 48 hours after your form submission before emailing for an update.
