Locker Request Process
***The Locker Request Form will be available here at 9am on Monday, August 14. Submissions and reservations will not be accepted before that time. Please check back again on August 14!***
- Review the Locker Use Guidelines before submitting the form. Please note the $5/semester cost and payment details.
- Locker Requests can be submitted through this form in the week before class begins (beginning at 9am on August 14). Requests are reviewed during regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) in the order received.
- Priority is given to music majors, music minors, or students enrolled in guitar class.
- You will need to know your Banner ID when filling out the form.
- Due to the volume of requests received at the beginning of the semester, please allow for up to 48 hours after your form submission before emailing for an update.
